Intuitive Art Making Sessions

The making of objects with our hands, objects that have arrived from deep within us, is an ancient ritual. In this ritual, we create a sacred space, where we can listen to the deeper wisdom of your whole self. In this ritual, all of you is welcome.

These sessions are less about learning technique and more about remembering how to be in relationship with your own creativity. We’ll move slowly, allowing process to lead, and making space for surprise, resistance, and discovery alike.

We’ll work with simple prompts, curiosity, and a variety of materials including painting, collage, mixed media, writing, photography, and sculpture.

These sessions are an invitation to:

• Reconnect with your creativity — move through blocks and return to a more natural, easeful flow

• Pay attention to your inner world — notice what’s arising and how it wants to be expressed

• Trust your voice — explore and honor your way of making and meaning

• Use art as a tool for processing — create space for reflection, release, and personal insight

Intuitive Art Making sessions are 1.5 hours and cost $175.

These sessions take place in person in my studio in Benicia, CA.
