Multidisciplinary Artist

Jen is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lafayette, CA whose practice spans photography, painting, poetry and intuitive holistic healing. Her work is deeply informed by the natural world, embodied experience, and ancestral narratives. Through her art, she creates pathways for reflection, connection, and expanded ways of seeing, offering an invitation to engage with the intuitive and often unseen dimensions of human experience.

Jen’s creative approach is rooted in the extensive study of holistic and intuitive practices, including an apprenticeship in shamanic healing and certifications in Expressive Arts Facilitation, Reiki, Life Coaching, Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. These diverse disciplines inform her belief in the transformative potential of creativity and in the role of the arts as a catalyst for personal and collective well-being.

In addition to her studio practice, Jen offers classes and services that blend art-making, intuition and holistic healing. She is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals can explore their creative expression as a means of self-discovery, healing, and connection.
