Multidisciplinary Artist

Jen is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lafayette, CA whose practice spans photography, painting, poetry and intuitive holistic healing. Her work is deeply informed by the natural world, embodied experience, and ancestral narratives. Through her art, she creates pathways for reflection, connection, and expanded ways of seeing, inviting audiences to engage with the intuitive and often unseen dimensions of human experience.

Jen’s creative approach is rooted in extensive study of holistic and intuitive practices, including an apprenticeship in shamanic healing practices and certifications in Reiki, Life Coaching, Expressive Arts Facilitation, Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. These diverse disciplines inform her belief in the transformative potential of creativity and in the role of the arts as a catalyst for personal and collective well-being.

In addition to her studio practice, Jen offers classes and services that blend art-making, intuition and holistic healing. She is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals can explore creative expression as a means of self-discovery, healing, and connection.
