My self-portrait work explores my healing process, intuitively and in relationship to place. Through these photos, I enact aspects of my unconscious as a living ritual, to both make visible what is unseen and to also integrate it into my consciousness; to make whole what is fragmented.
This photo was taken inside a Ra Paulette sand cave in New Mexico after a divine chance encounter with the owner of the cave.
