In this photo series, I composited images of primitive Mother Goddess figurines into photos of abandoned buildings. There was something therapeutic about adding them to the empty spaces. The notion of being indestructible in the midst of a dilapidated structure felt liberating to me.

This photo composite was made with a photo I took at an abandoned homestead in California City CA and the statue of Venus of Willendorf.

This photo was created with a photo I took at an abandoned resort in Byron, CA and a fertility Goddess figurine found at Chalcolithic, Cyprus.
